The KlearCap contains a 275nm UV-C LED light that neutralizes up to 99.9999% of harmful and odor-causing germs. It's one of the world's first, universal UV-C wide mouth water sanitization system available. 

1. Fill your widemouth flask with water*
2. Screw on KlearCap and tap the Klear crescent button twice to get sanitizing. (Do not interrupt the sanitization cycle by removing the cap)
3. Do the macarena and shake it all around to spread the UVC light evenly.

*Water should be clear with no sediments. Filter murky water before sanitizing with the KlearCap.

Klear offers a 1-year limited warranty on all caps & bottles purchased from www.drinkklear.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component. In the rare case that we are unable to repair or replace the defective material or component. we will submit a refund. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse or loss/theft of the bottle and/or cap.

One charge can provide up to 25 times of sanitization, with each cycle lasting 2-3 minutes long. The cap conveniently recharges via a magnetic USB charger. Easy to use, reliable, and durable - just the way everything should be. 

No, since the KlearCap does not contain a filter, it does not remove physical impurities from the water. The UV-C LED technology is effective in neutralizing up to 99.9999% of harmful bacteria, mold and viruses preventing the growth of odor-causing bacteria and eliminating water-born illnesses.
